June 11, 2025 update: As of today, our Museum Pass program has restarted! Go to www.spl.org/MuseumPass to find out more and to make your reservation.
The Seattle Public Library’s popular Museum Pass program, which offers Library cardholders free admission to participating museums and cultural organizations, is paused temporarily.
In December 2024, the vendor we used to manage the reservations discontinued their service on short notice. We apologize for the inconvenience of this service disruption.
The Library has identified a new Museum Pass vendor to provide this service, but implementation will take some time. We do not currently have a timeline to restore Museum Pass.
We will update you again once the timeline for the restoration is confirmed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you have questions about your Museum Pass reservations, you can email museumpass@spl.org for assistance.
